The user must treat these kumanthongs like their adopted children and they will assist their owner. They can be given food, red sweet drinks or just any sweet drinks, cakes etc and/or they can be asked to help themselves to the food in the house. They should be given some sort of offerings on a weekly basis at least. If one can offer cakes and red drinks to them with sweet smelling incense this would be preferable.
